Team Leader – Retail / E-Commerce Experience

Pay Rate: £15.34 per hour
Hours: Full-time | Overtime Available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a newly built, modern warehouse supporting a fast-paced retail and e-commerce operation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous warehouse leadership experience who is looking to grow within a thriving business, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a warehouse team to achieve daily targets

• Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch

• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

• Monitoring productivity and maintaining high operational standards

• Assisting with staff training and performance management

• Working closely with management to ensure smooth workflow across departments

Requirements:

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a retail or e-commerce warehouse environment

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example

• Good understanding of warehouse operations and KPIs

• Flexible attitude towards overtime when required
