Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to build a career within engineering and manufacturing? We are seeking an Engineering Administrator to join a growing Bristol-based business, providing vital support to the engineering team and helping ensure projects, documentation, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The Role:

• Working closely with the Director of Engineering, Engineering Managers and project teams
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of engineering activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Engineering and wider Engineering team
• Maintain engineering records, asset documentation, project files and controlled documents
• Administer engineering procedures, work instructions, forms and document control systems
• Support the management of third-party inspection programmes and associated compliance records
• Obtain quotations, arrange equipment hire and coordinate travel and accommodation requirements
• Coordinate engineering training requests, medical appointments and recruitment administration

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within a technical, engineering or operational environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
• Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with business systems and databases
