About the Job:
This is fast paced and challenging role. You will need to work efficiently and flexibly. We are seeking a commercially driven and technically credible Technical Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Hard Facilities Management services across London.
 
This role is focused on securing new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and positioning our organisation as a trusted partner for the delivery of critical building services (Fabric Maintenance, M&E, HVAC, Passive Fire and compliance-led maintenance).
 
You will combine technical expertise with consultative selling, engaging clients early in the procurement cycle and leading opportunities through to contract award.
