Technical Services Manager | London

Up to £90,000 + Package

A well-established Tier 1 main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their growing London team.

The business has a strong track record delivering complex commercial fit out and refurbishment projects, working with a range of high-profile clients across London.

This is a hands-on technical role where you will have significant responsibility across the MEP delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

• Take ownership of MEP technical delivery across projects
• Manage MEP design, technical queries and design development
• Attend and lead client/design team meetings and MEP workshops
• Manage technical submittals, drawings, RFIs and TQs
• Work closely with MEP subcontractors, consultants and site teams
• Assist with design and construction programmes
• Lead MEP commissioning and handover activities
• Review and level MEP subcontractor quotations
• Provide technical input into tenders and pre-construction
• Support the wider project team through to successful completion

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong MEP / Building Services background
• Experience working for a main contractor or specialist subcontractor
• Proven experience within commercial fit out, refurbishment or similar projects
• Strong technical and pre-construction experience
• Good understanding of both mechanical and electrical services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to take ownership and work autonomously
