The Role
Recruit software engineers and tech professionals across a defined market
Build long-term relationships with developers and hiring managers
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, client management
Contribute to employer branding, events, and tech community engagement
Grow and shape your own desk with autonomy and support
About You
1–5+ years’ experience in recruitment (tech preferred, but not essential)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Interested in modern recruitment rather than traditional sales-led models
Curious about technology and developer communities
