The Role

You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by speaking with:

• Security installers
• Facilities managers
• Commercial businesses
• Decision-makers across multiple sectors

You’ll be promoting industry-leading remote CCTV monitoring solutions, helping businesses improve security, reduce risk and protect their sites more effectively.

This is a role for someone who is confident on the phone, commercially aware and driven by results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound B2B calls to both warm and cold prospects
• Building relationships and identifying client needs
• Booking qualified appointments and generating opportunities
• Promoting remote CCTV monitoring services confidently
• Managing and updating your sales pipeline and CRM
• Consistently working towards and exceeding targets

What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience within telesales or outbound B2B sales
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Resilient, driven and target-focused mentality
• Ability to overcome objections and keep conversations moving
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

Industry experience within security, facilities management or technology is beneficial but not essential.

If you can sell and build rapport, the technical side can be taught.
