Key Responsibilities – Telesales Executive

• Conducting outbound calls to identify potential business leads
• Researching and pinpointing new construction projects and residential developments
• Managing inbound sales inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Qualifying sales leads through effective questioning and analysis
• Presenting and promoting company products and services confidently
• Maintaining accurate customer information within the CRM system
• Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Handling objections effectively and providing suitable solutions
• Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Service teams for seamless handovers
• Staying updated on company products, services, and market trends

Skills and experience - Telesales Executive:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a sales-related role
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Strong listening, questioning, and negotiation abilities
• Confidence in managing phone-based sales conversations
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
