We are working with a fast-growing business looking for a commercially sharp leader to manage, optimize, and scale an outbound team of 6–10 Telesales Executives. The Role

You will lead a team making proactive outbound calls to customers who have already shown an interest in the services and products, engaging them and securing bookings for their e-consultation.

Crucially, you will be the custodian of thier dialer system and outbound data lists. You will know how to pace the system to maximize agent talk-time while maintaining strict compliance. Your goal is to create a high-energy, high-performing sales floor where data logic drives daily activity.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership & Culture: Motivating, coaching, and developing a team of 6–10 Telesales Executives to exceed their targets.
• Dialer & Data Optimization: Managing and optimizing their automated/predictive dialer, handling list management, data segmenting, and list recycling to ensure we target the right leads at the optimal times.
• KPI & Performance Management: Moving beyond basic call volumes to manage advanced conversion metrics that directly uplift the bottom line.
• Continuous Coaching: Utilizing call listening and real-time dialer analytics to coach agents on lowering After-Call Work (ACW) and improving live pitch conversions.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensuring all automated dialer activity remains strictly compliant with regulatory standards (such as Ofcom/TPS guidelines), carefully managing answering machine detection (AMD) and abandoned call rates.
• Commercial Growth: Collaborating with senior leadership to look at performance trends, identify data bottlenecks, and implement strategies to increase overall sales yields.

The Metrics You Will Drive

We are looking for a manager who understands how small adjustments to dialer metrics result in huge lifts in sales. You will be directly responsible for improving:

• Agent Idle Time vs. Talk Time: Optimizing pacing to ensure agents spend less time waiting and more time in live revenue-generating conversations.
• Contact / Connect Rates: Improving data penetration and recycling strategy to ensure we are connecting with as many unique customers as possible.
• Lead-to-Booking Conversion %: Coaching the team on call flow and objection handling to squeeze maximum value out of every connected lead.
• Wrap-Up / ACW Time: Streamlining CRM logging processes so agents seamlessly transition back into the dialer queue.

Who Are We Looking For?

You don’t need a decade of management experience, but you do need to be commercially astute, data-literate, and technically savvy.

You will ideally have:

• 1–5 years of management experience leading outbound B2C sales teams in a high-volume contact centre environment.
• Hands-on experience with modern dialer platforms (e.g., Five9, Genesys, VICIdial, Talkdesk, or similar cloud dialers) and a strong understanding of how to configure dialer pacing.
• A proven track record of using data, list management, and dialer analytics to increase team sales performance.
• An understanding of outbound compliance rules (e.g., managing dropped/abandoned call rates).
• High energy, resilience, and the ambition to scale a department as the business expands.
