Temporary Customer Service Coordinator
Start Date: September
End Date: December

Working hours: Full-time office based working 40 hours per week

Pay rate: £14.42ph

Location: Close to Tower Bridge

Our client, a leading organisation in the Food and Beverage industry, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This temporary position offers a chance to contribute to a vibrant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing orders received from various customer segments, including Private Customers, On-Trade, Trade, Catering & Hospitality, and the Sales Team
• Responding to customer service queries with professionalism and care
• Ensuring orders are processed to meet daily cut-off times
• Monitoring and managing orders placed on the organisation's website
• Updating invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly

Specific Duties:

• Efficiently processing customer orders directly or through the Sales Team
• Handling customer call-off requests for stock held in storage
• Taking ownership of customer complaints and documenting resolutions
• Releasing website orders and updating customer price lists
• Arranging collections for returns and processing invoices
• Supporting the Sales Team with various administrative tasks

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in data inputting, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with AX
