As a Temporary Accounts Assistant you'll handle day-to-day financial tasks to ensure smooth operations. From processing invoices to reconciling accounts, your role will help keep the accounting and finance department running efficiently.

Description

• Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with preparing financial reports and updating records.
• Support payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers and clients to address financial queries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing tasks.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the accounting and finance department.

Profile

A successful Temporary Accounts Assistant should have:

• Experience in accounting or finance tasks, particularly accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle financial data with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
