Job Description:

Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant - must be available immediately

📍Location: Peterborough
💷Hourly rate: £14.10ph
⏰Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations. Your main tasks will include:

• Processing high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency 📑
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies 🔍
• Maintaining organised records of all transactions
• Collaborating with team members to improve processes

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in accounts payable processing invoices
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills 🗂️
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🤝
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
