Temporary Project Support/ Project Coordinator
ASAP Start for 3-6 months

Office based
£16 - £18.00 per hour

Are you an organised and proactive Project Support professional looking for your next opportunity? Or are you an experienced Project Coordinator who enjoys coordinating projects, working with stakeholders and ensuring everything runs smoothly?

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Project Support/ Project Coordinator to join a busy team on an immediate start basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain exposure to lots of different divisions and would suit someone who can hit the ground running!

You will play a key role in helping to coordinate projects, manage information, support stakeholders and ensure activities are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing project coordination and administrative support across multiple projects
• Maintaining project plans, Excel trackers, reports and project documentation
• Supporting project managers with timelines, actions and deliverables
• Supporting with procurement for the project
• Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and escalating any risks or issues
• Producing accurate reports and updates
• Ensuring project information is maintained and kept up to date

About you:

You will be an organised, detail-focused and confident individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience within project support, project administration, PMO or project management is required. You will enjoy being hands-on and making an immediate contribution to a busy team!

You will have:

• Previous experience supporting projects
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence using Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• The ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines effectively
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
