Our client, located in Sheffield is seeking a Temporary Receptionist for holiday cover. This is an exciting chance to work in the dynamic automotive industry while showcasing your administrative skills and providing top-notch support to their customers and staff.

Contract type: Temporary Ad Hoc
Start Date: 3rd July - Additional Dates TBC
Hours: 8:30am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid break
Location: S9, Sheffield
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Welcoming visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
• Managing appointments and scheduling meetings
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
• Providing information about our services and assisting customers with inquiries

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• A cheerful and professional attitude
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not essential
