Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Temporay Receptionist to start as soon as possible.  This is office based Monday to Friday working 8.30am to 5.30pm.

The ideal candidate will be mature, well-presented and confident dealing with customers, with a calm and welcoming manner. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so excellent customer service and a professional telephone manner are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and visitors, providing refreshments and clearing away used crockery
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Responding to customer enquiries in person, by phone and email
• Supporting the team with administrative duties if required
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Keeping the reception area organised and presentable
• Taking accurate messages and passing information to the appropriate team member
• Providing a high standard of customer service at all times
