Temporary Van Driver

Location: Honiton, Devon
Position: Full-Time Temporary Cover

Quattro Resourcing Ltd are currently looking for a reliable Van Driver to provide temporary cover for our client in Honiton.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for temporary work, whether you're between jobs, looking for some extra income, or simply prefer the flexibility of short-term assignments.

The role involves making deliveries safely and efficiently, while also helping with general warehouse duties when required.

Although this position is initially to provide temporary cover, there is potential for further work in the future for the right candidate, depending on client requirements and your performance.

The Role

• Driving a commercial van to deliver goods between locations
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Ensuring loads are secure before setting off
• Carrying out basic vehicle checks
• Assisting with warehouse duties when required
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
• Communicating professionally with colleagues, customers and delivery contacts
• Following all relevant road safety and company procedures

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and ready to get started.

You will need:

• A full and valid UK Category B driving licence
• Previous van driving or delivery experience
• A safe and responsible approach to driving
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The ability to carry out manual handling and load/unload goods when required
• A good attitude and strong work ethic

Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
