The Role

As an Experienced TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated components to customer specifications, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and precision.

What We're Looking For

We are specifically seeking candidates who:

• Have proven experience as a TIG Welder within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Highly experienced welding aluminium - desirable
• Can confidently weld stainless steel and mild steel.
• Can read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Produce high-quality cosmetic and structural welds.
• Work accurately with excellent attention to detail.
• Are able to inspect their own work and maintain high quality standards.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Please note:

This is not a trainee position. We are looking for experienced TIG Welders who require no training and are able to contribute from day one.

Pay: £14.00-£1600 per hour
