Trade Sales Administrator

We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our busy Trade Sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping things organised and being an integral part of a fast-paced commercial environment.

You'll become a trusted point of contact for trade customers, supporting the sales team by processing orders, managing enquiries and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing first-class customer service by phone and email.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the external sales team with quotations and enquiries.
• Updating customers on orders, stock and deliveries.
• Resolving customer queries quickly and professionally.
• Building strong relationships with existing trade customers.
• Maintaining accurate customer records using CRM/ERP systems.
• Working closely with Warehouse, Purchasing and Customer Service teams.
• Identifying opportunities to maximise sales through excellent customer service.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Previous Sales Administration or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude.

Experience within trade, wholesale, distribution or manufacturing would be advantageous but isn't essential.
