Looking for stability, a solid team, and long‑term work in the heart of Manchester? My client is seeking an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshall to join a busy city‑centre construction project.

Role Overview

You'll play a key part in keeping the site safe, organised, and moving efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Directing and controlling vehicle movements around the site

   

• Guiding vehicles entering and exiting the project area

   

• Protecting pedestrians and ensuring safe movement where public and site traffic intersect

   

• Maintaining clear access routes at all times

   

• Looking after the welfare and safety of staff working in your area
