Salary and Commission

• £30,000 starting base salary

• Uncapped commission from day one

• Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£40,000

• Year 2 OTE: £40,000+

Your Responsibilities

As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to build and manage your own desk, working with schools and education professionals to make successful placements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with schools and teachers

• Attracting, sourcing and interviewing candidates

• Identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships

• Managing candidate pipelines and recruitment processes

• Matching teachers and education support staff with suitable vacancies

• Negotiating placements and generating revenue

• Meeting individual and team targets

• Becoming an expert in your specialist recruitment market

You'll develop a broad range of commercial skills, including sales, negotiation, business development, account management and candidate relationship management.
