Salary: £32,000 basic + Uncapped commission
OTE: £35,000 - £42,000 in Year 1

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role

In your first year, you will:

• Source, interview, and support candidates for temporary and permanent roles
• Write professional CV profiles and market candidates to schools and clients
• Work closely with experienced sales consultants to increase placements
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Work towards achievable KPIs with full managerial support
• Earn commission throughout your training and development

This is a sales-focused, people-driven role, ideal for graduates who enjoy targets, progression, and financial rewards.

Salary, Commission & Benefits

• £32,000 basic salary
• OTE £35,000 - £42,000 in Year 1
• Commission paid from day one
• 35 days annual leave, plus reduced hours during school holidays
