PureKat Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant Apprentice to join our growing team!
What you’ll be doing:
- 📞 Speaking with candidates and clients
- 📋 Registering and interviewing job seekers
- 🔎 Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
- 📢 Advertising jobs across recruitment platforms and social media
- 📅 Arranging interviews and supporting the recruitment process
- 💻 Updating candidate and client records
- 🤝 Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
- 🏢 Supporting the wider recruitment team with day-to-day activities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, confident and professional manner
- Good organisational skills
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic computer skills.
No previous recruitment experience is required – full training will be provided!
