Our Impact Academy is a structured development programme designed to take you from trainee to fully fledged Recruitment Consultant within your first year.

You will learn how to:

• Source and interview high-quality candidates
• Write and market professional CV profiles to schools
• Work closely with sales teams to match candidates to roles
• Manage targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Earn commission from your very first placement

Training, Support & Mentorship

From day one, you will receive:

• 1-to-1 mentorship from experienced consultants
• Structured weekly training sessions
• Continuous support from team leaders and directors (many started as trainees themselves)
• Real-time coaching while you build your desk

Your First Year Responsibilities

• Recruiting teachers and support staff for schools across London
• Building strong relationships with candidates and schools
• Managing a portfolio of education clients
• Meeting weekly performance targets
• Earning uncapped commission

Career Progression After Year One

Once you complete the Impact Academy, you will progress onto your own sales desk with advanced training in:

• Business Development
• Negotiation & margin management
• Safeguarding in education
• Client relationship management
• Time management & performance scaling
