£26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Rapid Progression | International Opportunities

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Building relationships with US-based clients and candidates
• Winning new business and developing your own client portfolio
• Managing interviews, offers, and negotiations
• Becoming a market specialist within a rapidly growing industry
• Working towards clear progression targets with structured development

Working Hours

Due to working directly with American clients and markets, this role operates on:

• Monday - Thursday: 10:00am - 7:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
