Trainee Recruitment Consultant – CPR Accelerator Academy
Maidstone Head Office | £24k–£26k Basic | £35k+ OTE Year One | 2 Paid International Trips a Year

We're looking for 2 ambitious people to join the CPR Accelerator Academy at our Maidstone Head Office. No recruitment experience? Good. We'll teach you everything.

The two trainees who joined our programme last year are on track to earn £80k this year. This year, that could be you.

Your 6-month Accelerator Academy
We've invested in a dedicated Learning & Development function, led by our L&D Manager, so your growth isn't left to chance. You'll get:

• A structured development plan from day one, setting out exactly what's expected of you and exactly what we'll do to help you get there
• One-to-one coaching from CPR's top billers and managers, including consultants who've billed over £1 million in their CPR careers
• Classroom-style training sessions covering sales, business development, candidate management and the construction industry
• External sales training from industry specialists
• Hands-on experience with Bullhorn, the market-leading recruitment CRM, including live leaderboards so you can see your progress (and compete) every day
• A clear route onto an established recruitment desk once you graduate

What your day looks like

• Working from our central Maidstone Head Office alongside a buzzing, supportive team
• Getting out on site visits and client days with experienced consultants
• Learning to win and grow relationships with new and existing clients
• Matching skilled trades and labour to live construction projects across the UK
