£26,000 - £30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Start Date: Flexible

Realistic Earning Potential:

• Year 1: £30,000 to £40,000
• Year 2 to 3: £40,000 to £60,000
• Year 3 to 5: £60,000 to £100,000+

We're looking for confident, sales driven individuals to join our Belfast office. No prior recruitment experience is necessary, we provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and hands on guidance from day one. What matters most is your drive, resilience, confidence, and work ethic.

The Role
This is a sales role at its core. You'll manage your own desk, building client relationships and sourcing candidates within the Irish tech market, covering the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to closing placements.

• Previous experience in a sales, business development, or target driven customer facing role
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
• Resilience and a competitive, results focused attitude
• Confidence working towards revenue targets and KPIs
