The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment process across both candidates and clients. 

You'll be responsible for:

• Building relationships with candidates and clients 
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and direct outreach 
• Speaking to people over the phone and understanding their career goals 
• Developing new business and building your client network 
• Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement 
• Negotiating offers and closing deals 
• Developing your own specialist market as you progress 

It's a sales-focused role, so you'll be working towards targets and your results will directly influence your earnings and progression.
