About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, driven and personable Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This  is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, sales or a fast-paced commercial environment. You don’t need previous recruitment experience — we provide full training, ongoing support and the opportunity to progress quickly based on your performance.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to identify and attract talented candidates, build strong relationships with clients, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for vacancies.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial application through to placement.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network within your specialist market.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Negotiate salaries, fees and offers between candidates and clients.
• Meet individual and team targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Keep up to date with market trends, salaries and developments within your sector.
• Provide a high level of service to both candidates and clients.

Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential. We are equally interested in graduates and candidates from other backgrounds who have the right attitude, work ethic and ambition.
