We’re looking for an experienced Transport & Fleet Manager to lead our transport team, keep our fleet compliant and deliver a first-class service across our branches.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and developing the transport team.
  
  
• Taking ownership of fleet compliance, safety and maintenance.
  
  
• Coordinating vehicle, machinery and equipment movements.
  
  
• Managing fleet accidents, insurance claims and supplier relationships.
  
  
• Controlling costs and driving operational improvements.
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Road Haulage CPC qualification.
• At least 2 years’ transport, logistics or fleet management experience.
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and Operator’s Licence compliance.
• A confident leader with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Location: Essex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5:30pm
