Transport & Scheduling Coordinator

West Yorkshire

Our client is a successful and growing business within the construction sector and is looking to recruit a Transport & Scheduling Coordinator to take ownership of a newly created position.

Working closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Transport Suppliers and Customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring deliveries and installations are planned efficiently and projects are completed successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport across UK Rental, UK Sales and EMEA Sales
• Schedule transport and installation activities
• Liaise with Operations regarding availability and logistics
• Build strong relationships with transport suppliers
• Maintain accurate transport and project schedules
• Coordinate imported goods with the Purchasing team
• Ensure information is communicated effectively across departments
