Van Driver/Warehouse Operative (Nights)
Redditch
£14.68ph rising to £14.81ph after 12 weeks
46 Hours Per Week

Pertemps are currently recruiting for Van Drivers/Warehouse Operatives for a growing company based in Redditch.
This is an ongoing full-time role with immediate starts available and genuine long-term progression opportunities for the right candidates.

The Role:

• Loading your own van before deliveries
• Completing multi-drop deliveries
• Returning to site and unloading stock into the warehouse
• General warehouse duties and stock put-away
• Physically demanding role with lifting up to 25kg

Shift Pattern:

• 4 consecutive shifts per week, including:
• Sunday: 17:00 – 04:30
• Monday – Thursday: 20:00 – 07:30
• Friday: 18:00 – 05:30
• Shift rotations may occasionally change to support business requirements.

Pay & Benefits:

• £14.68ph rising to £14.81ph after 12 weeks
• 46-hour week
• Overtime paid at 1.25x after 46 hours
• Double pay on Bank Holidays

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Must be over 23 years old
• Maximum 6 points with no major endorsements
• Previous multi-drop experience essential
• Handheld scanner experience desirable
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Must be able to complete training on day shifts if required
