Vehicle Service Technician

£40,000–£45,000 Basic Salary + £6,000 Bonus | Monday–Friday | New Workshop Facilities | Horsham Area

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Vehicle Service Technician to join a skilled, supportive team in a brand-new workshop environment.

The focus is on what good technicians do best: servicing, maintenance, cambelts and general mechanical repairs. There’s no need to spend your day dealing with complex diagnostics or fault-finding, as a strong technical team is on hand to support with the more challenging issues.

The role

You’ll be carrying out routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, cambelt replacements and general mechanical repairs, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

The workshop has a small, established team of three technicians, creating a supportive environment where you can get on with your own work while knowing help is available when you need it.

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Service Technician who knows their trade, works efficiently and takes pride in producing quality work.

If you enjoy hands-on mechanical work, are confident with servicing and repairs, and would prefer a role without the pressure of complex diagnostic work, this could be an excellent fit.
