The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a fleet of over 49,000 vehicles, including electric vehicles, LCVs, and HGVs. Working in a modern, fully equipped workshop, you’ll carry out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to keep vehicles safe and operational.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
• Maintain a range of vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment
• Use your own tools alongside specialist workshop equipment
• Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards

Working Hours

• 39.5 hours per week (5 over 6 days)
• Rotating shifts:
  • Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30
  • Week 2: 07:30 – 15:00
  • Week 3: 11:30 – 20:00
• 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a weekday off)

About You

• IMI Level 3 qualified (Light or Heavy Vehicle or equivalent)
• Proven experience working on a variety of vehicles (LCV/HGV)
• Own toolkit for routine maintenance
• Full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable)
• High standards and attention to detail
