Waking Night Support Worker (Female*)

Vacancy Type: Permanent (Part-Time) & Full-Time (Maternity Cover)

Location: Hawkhurst and surrounding area, Kent (TN18)

Rate: £16.20 per hour (Bank Holidays paid at time and a half)

Head First is recruiting Female Waking Night Support Workers to join the support team of a 61 year old gentleman with an acquired brain injury, living independently in Hawkhurst. He has a warm sense of humour, values the relationships he builds with his team, and is committed to remaining active and independent.

You will provide essential overnight support, including assistance with BiPAP non invasive ventilation, personal care before bed, and light domestic tasks in the early morning.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone’s life, with full training provided.

Pay & Shifts

Shift Pattern: Waking nights, 21:30–07:30 (10-hour shifts)

Permanent Part-time – 7-night shifts every 4 weeks

Maternity cover Full-time - 13-night shifts every 4 weeks

Rate: £16.20 per hour

Bank Holidays: Paid at time-and-a-half

Head-First do not directly employ support workers, but we recruit them on behalf of our clients, and our dedicated and experienced case managers are responsible for the day-to- day management of the support team

Our case managers oversee all aspects of the client’s care package to ensure safe, effective, high quality support.
