Overview

• Mon-Fri 15:00-23:00

We are seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Support Staff member to support daily warehouse operations and administrative activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth operational flow, supporting inventory processes, and assisting with warehouse coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recycling arrangements, collections, and related documentation
• Complete administrative paperwork and handle email communications
• Prepare and maintain daily warehouse reports
• Conduct reverse responsibility checks and data collection
• Complete and update reverse process sheets
• Monitor and maintain bulky consumables inventory
• Liaise with 2B and RTV contacts as required
• Set up and manage printers and outbound account systems
• Receive and coordinate inbound vehicle arrivals (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM)
• Provide general operational and warehouse support
• Assist with manual handling and lifting tasks within the warehouse

Requirements

• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform manual lifting and physical warehouse duties
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
• Must have a strong and consistent attendance record
