 Warehouse Inventory / Stock Controller

📍 Location: Northampton, NN7 2FR
💷 Pay Rate: £13.59 per hour (AM Shift) | £13.99 per hour (PM Shift)
📄 Contract: Potential temp to perm opportunities subject to performance
🏢 Client: Mitsubishi Electric (with flexibility to support other contracts when required)

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Inventory / Stock Controllers to join a busy warehouse operation in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced inventory professionals looking to develop their career within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
• Conducting stock counts and inventory audits
• Updating warehouse management systems
• Producing reports using MS Office applications
• Supporting operational teams to ensure stock accuracy
• Working across multiple contracts as required
  
  

Requirements
✅ Previous experience as an Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, or similar warehouse role
✅ Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory processes
✅ Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
✅ Reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shifts

• Day shift – flexible (Flexibility required, as start and finish times may occasionally change to provide operational cover).
