£33,000 to £35,000

Monday to Friday (09:00 to 17:00)

We're recruiting a Warehouse Office Manager for a growing logistics business in Coventry.

Following continued expansion and the opening of a fourth warehouse, the company is looking for an experienced warehouse administrator or office manager ready to take ownership of the warehouse office function in Coventry.

You'll lead a small administration team responsible for processing customer orders, managing warehouse systems and ensuring the operation, in Coventry, runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

As the Warehouse Office Manager you will:

• Lead and support the warehouse administration team.
• Allocate workloads and ensure customer orders are processed accurately.
• Manage order entry across multiple Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Arrange deliveries and liaise with transport providers.
• Produce picking documentation and shipping labels.
• Investigate stock and order queries.
• Maintain accurate customer and warehouse records.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to support daily operations.

About You

• Previous warehouse or logistics administration, or office manager experience.
• Experience supervising or mentoring an administration team.
• Confident using Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

• £33,000 to £35,000
• Monday to Friday (09:00 to17:00)
