Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver

💰 £26,000 per year
🕒 Monday – Friday | 11am – 8pm
📦 Full Time | Permanent

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy and friendly warehouse team based in Basildon.

This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while delivering excellent customer service.

The Role

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Handling Goods In deliveries
• Assisting with customer collections
• Operating Counterbalance FLT and/or 4-way reach truck
• Ensuring orders are accurate, presentable, and ready for dispatch
• Maintaining high health & safety standards within the warehouse

About You

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year’s experience operating a Counterbalance FLT or 4-way reach truck
• Valid Counterbalance Certificate preferred
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills
• Experience using warehouse stock systems would be advantageous
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
