Job Description:

Warehouse Operative

£28,000 – £30,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing business offering a long-term position for an experienced warehouse professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of warehouse operations
• Booking stock onto the SAP system from purchase orders
• Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring same-day dispatch wherever possible
• Carrying out stock checks and stock transfers
• Building kits and preparing production orders
• Ensuring returned stock is processed correctly
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Security checking orders before dispatch
• Supporting goods in/goods out processes
• Operating a Reach FLT when required

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous warehouse experience
• Valid Reach FLT licence or proven Reach Truck experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate with stock system experience
• Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Positive and team-focused attitude

Desirable Experience

• SAP or warehouse stock system knowledge
• Scanner and inventory management experience
• Warehouse planning experience
