About the Role

We are looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to join our property staging team, specialising in the installation and removal of furniture in show homes, new-build properties, and hotel suites.

You will play a key role in helping developers and interior teams present high-quality furnished spaces that are ready for viewing and sale. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, care, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering, unloading, and installing furniture in show homes, apartments, and hotels
• Carefully assembling furniture and placing items according to staging plans
• Handling furniture safely to avoid damage to property or items
• Loading and unloading vehicles at warehouse and site locations
• Dismantling and removing staged furniture when projects are complete
• Working as part of a small installation team on-site
• Ensuring all installations are completed to a high standard and within deadlines
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and professional work environment on site

What We're Looking For

• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy furniture regularly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions/layout plans
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Previous experience in removals, furniture installation, warehousing, or logistics is desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential (depending on role allocation)

Desirable Experience (Not Essential)

• Furniture removals or delivery experience
• Warehouse or logistics background
• Property staging or interior setup experience
• Assembly of flat-pack furniture (e.g., IKEA-style builds)
