Job Description:

Binding Operative – Night Shifts (3 Days per Week)

We are currently recruiting for a Binding Operative to join the team at a leading book manufacturer.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role within the Binding Department, where you'll operate and monitor binding machinery used to produce high-quality books. You'll be responsible for monitoring production processes, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring all finished products meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring binding machinery
• Monitoring production processes to maximise efficiency
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Ensuring products meet company quality standards
• Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Being able to stand for long periods of time throughout the shift

Shift Pattern:

• 12-hour shifts – 6pm-6am
• 3 days per week
• Includes 1–2 Saturdays per month, depending on the rota
