We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our clients dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the efficient management of warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of goods.

The Role:

• Handling goods efficiently, including loading and unloading goods from lorries and containers
• Managing stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory records
• Picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch, ensuring quality standards are met
• Organising stock storage areas, replenishing shelves, and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Assisting with shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation and labelling

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in within a warehouse setting
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for stock control and order processing
• Experience in picking & packing items efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and load/unload activities throughout shifts
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail for quality control tasks

Pay & Benefits

• £12.71 per hour
• Full time role
• 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Hols)
• Pension after qualifying period/criteria
