We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established Spares Warehouse operation based at Castlewood Business Park. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with a globally recognised manufacturer of heating systems, with genuine opportunities to progress and develop your warehouse career.

Successful candidates must be available to work 37.5 hours per week on an ongoing basis and have previous warehouse experience.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring products and spare parts are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Processing and dispatching spare parts to service engineers and customers
• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
• Storing products in designated warehouse locations
• Supporting stock control and inventory management
• Processing customer returns
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
• Completing warehouse administration tasks
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Supporting operational targets and service levels

What We're Looking For



Essential Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Experience carrying out picking and packing duties
• Good computer literacy and experience using warehouse systems
• Experience using handheld scanners and warehouse technology
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to remain on your feet for prolonged periods
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Available to work 37.5 hours per week on an ongoing basis

Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous:

• Goods In / Goods Out
• Stock Control
• Dispatch Operations
• Distribution and Logistics
• Warehouse Administration
• Inventory Management
• Returns Processing
• SAP or similar Warehouse Management Systems
