About the Role

365 People, a recruitment agency based in Oldbury, is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in Bartley Green (Birmingham). Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated 3.5 Tonne Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to join their team.

This is a varied, hands-on role offering an even split between driving and warehouse duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of working on the road and being part of a busy warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a 3.5 tonne company vehicle to deliver and collect materials.

• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out operations.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Candidates must be presentable, approachable and polite as this is a customer facing role.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

• A full, valid, Clean UK driving licence

• Previous experience driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle.

• Previous warehouse experience 

• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A reliable, flexible and hardworking attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a safety-conscious approach.

What's on Offer?

• £12.71 per hour.

• Full-time, Monday to Friday working hours 7.30am starts.
