Temporary to Permanent (after 12 successful weeks)
£12.92 per hour
Hours: Fri, Sat, Sun 06:00am – 15:30pm ; Mon, Tue 14:00pm – 23:00pm

Our client based in Hayes is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operations Support to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis, with strong potential for permanent employment. This role offers a varied mix of warehouse, operational, and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading trailers and sorting parcels into delivery routes
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and operational readiness
• Supporting drivers and monitoring delivery activity through internal systems
• Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
• Reviewing delivery compliance and updating spreadsheets
• Assisting with daily operational flow to ensure efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

• Warehouse, administration, or customer service experience
• Team Leader or supervisory experience beneficial
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good IT and spreadsheet knowledge
• Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented
