ROLE: Warehouse Operative
HOURS:

Days: Monday - Friday, 0600-1400

Afters: Monday - Friday, 1400 - 2200

Nights: Sunday - Thursday, 2200-0600

Weekends: Friday - Sunday, Thursday & Friday 0600-144, Saturday and Sunday 0600-1800

SALARY: £27,253.72pa basic plus shift allowance and benefits

BASE: Site Based - Head Office and Distribution Centre, South Normanton, DE55 (Just off J28, M1)

We are currently recruiting for additional Warehouse Operatives to join our thriving team at our award-winning warehouse in South Normanton, just off J28 of the M1.

WHAT OUR WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES DO:

• Pick and pack products using various equipment
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch to our branch network and valued customers
• Work in a close team
• Manage a busy workload
• Work to targets and deadlines
• Prioritise Health & Safety
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Ensure our valued customers receive their products first time, every time

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES:

• Comfortable working in a medium to heavy lifting environment (full training given, including Manual Handling Training)
• Previous experience of MHE is not essential, but could be an advantage
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail
• Quality minded
• Experience of working to targets and deadlines
• Self-motivated and reliable
