Warehouse Operative -  Wellingborough
 Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
 £13.05 per hour
 Temp-to-Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to secure long-term employment within a busy warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient handling of inbound and outbound book shipments. Working as part of a dedicated warehouse team, you'll help ensure goods are processed accurately, safely, and in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming book shipments and pallets
• Booking stock into the warehouse management system
• Scanning, locating, and putting stock away accurately
• Picking, packing, labelling, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading freight when required
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting other warehouse duties as directed by management

What we need from you- 

• Previous warehouse, ideally within logistics, freight, cargo, or distribution
• Good level of physical fitness with the ability to lift and move stock
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or warehouse system
