Warehouse Operative - Picking & Packing
Location: Crawley
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:30am - 3:00pm

Talented People Services are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Working within a busy warehouse environment, your duties will include:

• Picking and packing products accurately to customer specifications
• Assembling products and components at a workstation/table
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous warehouse, assembly, production, or picking and packing experience
• Be highly dexterous and comfortable carrying out detailed assembly work
• Possess good attention to detail and accuracy
• Have good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Essential Requirements

Due to the nature of this position, applicants must:

• Be able to provide a full 5-year employment history with no unexplained gaps
• Be willing to undergo a Basic DBS check
• Successfully complete mandatory security training
