Pay and Shifts

• 12-hour day shifts
• Rotating shift pattern:
  • Week 1: Sunday to Wednesday
  • Week 2: Sunday to Tuesday
• Hours: 6am to 6pm
• £12.99 per hour 
• Overtime paid at £19.49 per hour
• Weekly pay

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work within a modern, fast-moving clothing distribution centre supporting the movement and processing of stock.

Your duties may include:

• Picking clothing items using handheld scanners
• Folding and packing clothes at a workstation 
• Moving pallets using pump trucks following training
• Sorting tubs, bags and sacks of clothing
• Loading, unloading and relocating stock safely
• Undertaking manual handling duties throughout the shift
• Working to productivity targets and operational deadlines

This Warehouse Operative role involves standing for extended periods and handling some heavy or awkward sacks, making it suited to candidates who enjoy an active working environment.

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will ideally have:

• Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, parcel sorting, order picking or goods-in experience
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Confidence working towards performance targets

Full training is provided, so applications are welcome from candidates with transferable skills from manufacturing, production, retail, removals, construction or other hands-on roles.
