Job Description:
Every item you process, check and prepare helps make sure customers receive the right products safely and on time. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll work across a busy IT processing operation where the work is varied, hands-on and an important part of keeping the supply chain moving.
You’ll be involved in everything from receiving deliveries and processing IT equipment to preparing products for despatch, with opportunities to rotate across different areas and build a wider range of skills.

Your responsibilities as Warehouse Operative
- Process, handle and test a varied range of IT products ready for despatch
- Check and receipt incoming deliveries and returned goods accurately
- Work towards individual and team KPIs to ensure orders are completed on time
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and follow health and safety procedures
- Rotate across different areas to develop your skills and support operational requirements
- Carry out manual handling and lifting as part of day-to-day activities
What we’re looking for in a Warehouse Operative
- Previous experience within a busy warehouse, manufacturing or similar environment
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages
- A practical, technical approach to diagnosing issues during processing
- Experience using an ERP system would be advantageous
- Knowledge of computer repair or a VNA licence, including Bendi or Aisle Master, would be beneficial
This is initially a temporary role, with potential to go permanent. Working hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7.45am - 5.00pm and Friday 7.45am - 4.30pm.
