Warehouse Operative – Parcel Sorting

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy parcel delivery company, for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Coventry.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for sorting parcels and keeping the warehouse running smoothly. Duties include:

• Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading stock
• Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
• Meeting productivity targets during your shift

Shifts & Pay

• Day shift: 11:00am – 7:00pm — £12.71 per hour
• Night shift: 7:00pm – 3:00am — £13.21 per hour

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided
